Return Policy

Contact our customer service at curlyrootshaircare@gmail.com with questions or concerns. Will receive a reply within 1-2 Business Days. 
If customer decides to return item, customer is entitled to FULL REFUND once CurlyRoots Hair Care receives returned item. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. If product is returned in an unacceptable condition (damaged, leaked, or spilled) or lost during return shipping, NO refund will be issued.
Customer may be entitled to a full/ partial refund if product arrives damaged, spilled, or leaked. (Photo Proof MUST be provided by email). 
Customer is NOT entitled to a full refund of Herbal Infused Hair Butter if it arrives melted due to disclaimer stated in product description. (Melted products are not common, but can occur in warm environments)
Customer is entitled to a full refund if they wish to cancel order BEFORE product has been shipped.
If customer wishes to cancel order AFTER product has been shipped, a full refund will be issued only if item is returned in ACCEPTABLE condition. If product is returned in an unacceptable condition (damaged, leaked, or spilled) or lost during return shipping, NO refund will be issued.
CurlyRoots Hair Care is NOT Responsible for stolen or missing items/packages. Customer should file a claim with carrier. Customer is advised to contact carrier for shipment and delivery issues BEFORE contacting customer service. CurlyRoots Hair Care will work with customer on a case by case basis to determine if a refund (full or partial) is applicable. 
Customer is entitled to full refund at anytime if CurlyRoots Hair Care is found at fault.
